Hervé Hannin, an agricultural engineer and economist, holds the Chair of Viticulture and Winemaking at the Institut d’Agronomie Montpellier. \nHe specializes in the impact of climate change, phasing out the use of pesticides and international markets in the wine sector.\nHe is also an expert at the International Organization of Vine and Wine (OIV) and a member of numerous scientific and professional committees for viticulture and winemaking.\nAs part of the Quinzaine franco-allemande d’Occitanie 2026\n
