The vineyards are located on two of the most famous sites in the Languedoc: 22 hectares are cultivated in the Pic Saint Loup AOP area and 8 hectares in the Terrasses du Larzac AOP area, on limestone scree soils that are particularly suitable for the production of quality wines, as they produce wines that are fresh and full of character. The typical grape varieties of Languedoc are planted here, and the Mediterranean climate with continental influences allows the vines to thrive in favorable conditions. Since the 2019 vintage, the entire winery is certified with the “ High Environmental Value “ seal. The winemakers from the winery were present at the first wine fair in 2021. You will be personally guided by Magali Capdeillayre through the tasting.\n
