The Clos Sorian vineyard is located in the heart of the Languedoc between the hills and the sea. The biodiversity in the vineyards and the proximity of the winegrowers to nature characterize the ecological approach of the winery. The estate was converted to organic farming in 2017 and received organic certification from the 2020 vintage onwards.

After 15 vintages produced on a first vineyard near the Étang de Thau, father and sons acquired an old vineyard just outside Montpellier, in the commune of Saussan, in 2023. Here they settled down to carry out all activities (production, expansion, workshops,
ecotourism …). At the winery, they welcome customers and all those who share their passion for vines, wine and nature.

The Clos Sorian winery offers wines with a particularly long shelf life, which initially mature for several months in wooden barrels and later for several years in bottles. You will be personally guided through the tasting by Dimitri Granier.
