This comedic drama centers on a lively extended family of Moroccan descent in the early 1990s. Marie, the Moroccan-Jewish bride, marries the love of her life, Dan, in Jerusalem. What follows is a week of festive meals and gatherings in honor of the bride. However, behind the façade of joie de vivre and togetherness lie secrets, lies and a painful old wound from the past, the revelation of which leaves no one unscathed. But is it possible to find the strength to overcome old conflicts and forgive each other?
