16-year-old Lucija’s parents are loving, strict and chaste. She is introverted. It is only when she joins the choir at her Catholic school that the world of girls of the same age opens up to her. The intimacy of a choir weekend in a rural convent brings her closer to the popular and light-hearted Ana Maria. But a restorer working at the convent also arouses her interest. This audiovisually appealing drama follows the young girl as she discovers her own sexuality and the conflicts that accompany this new, unknown sensuality.

Slovenian film director Urška Djukić (*1986) deals with questions of femininity in her work. To this end, she dares to experiment with technology, such as combining real and animated film. She received her first awards for the animated short films BON APPETIT, LA VIE! (2016) and GRANNY’S SEXUAL LIFE (2021). Her FIPRESCI award-winning feature debut LITTLE TROUBLE GIRLS celebrated its world premiere at the 2025 Berlinale and is a contender for the 2026 European Film Awards.
