Heidelberg Autumn FAN COLOR TRAIN MARCELLE COULAZOU from Sète (South of France)
With musical and culinary delights from the south in front of the Jesuit Church, Richard-Hauser-Platz, 69117 Heidelberg, admission free This year, the Montpellier House is once again inviting a fun fanfare marching band, as there are many of them in France, to liven up the atmosphere in front of its stand on Richard-Hauser-Platz. This year, the Marcelle Coulazou fanfare band from the coastal town of Sète has been invited: the seven musicians come from the traditional music of Occitania, be it at carnival, fishermen’s punt or general village festivals; now they have also integrated various dances and danceable music from the Balkans into their repertoire. And once again, as in previous years, caterer Adrien Guillard from Mèze will be offering his oysters, delicious marinated mussels and other specialties from the south of France! The Montpellier House continues to offer full-bodied wines from the Montpellier region to match. Also the Amicale F (the bilingual branch of the Bunsen High School) sells coffee and cakes, as well as other associations of the twin towns their regional products. Performance times: approx. 11:45 a.m., 2 p.m., 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
